Exhibition poster - Final crit

Today I took my printed poster to the crit to receive some feedback, the crit was slightly different to usual given that the feedback marked whether your poster won to be in one of the seven frames. Everyone had leave a score of 1-20 next to all the work, I received a total of 380 from 33 notes with an average mark of 11.52.

Shortly after we did a quick presentation to our crit group and then received some written feedback about our posters, below are the comments I was given which I was really happy with:

- Good play on words 'Bi-monthly' 'Bi-cycle'
- Clear and clean illustrations
- Illustrations stand out well on the black background
- Perhaps some body copy giving information about the exhibition space would be beneficial
- Concept of constant cycle of work is strong
- Typeface matched the 'art deco' imagery well
- Good choice of colour pallet
- Play on words suits the poster theme
- Quirky illustrations
- Great play on words and illustrations are eye catching
- Concept is appropriate, perhaps consider other processes
- Style of imagery and colours work well together
- May of been nice to just use the bike wheel and clock full size as a working bike
