- Coffee competitors (Nescafe, maxwell, Carte Noire etc)
- Look at Costa and Starbuck, see what the target market is, branding tactics, what they offer for home coffee drinkers

Product Research

- Campaign and event ideas
- Collectable products
- Hampers, gifts, seasonal? Christmas, easter, birthdays, valentines
- Catch could be, 'the coffee jars you buy the better gifts you receive'
- Look into gift ideas (recipe books, tissues, chocolates, magnets, cork ends for wine bottle, candles, mugs)
- Douwe Egberts - Recipe book 'Get people more interested in baking through cooking'
