How will it be informative, what information will you be given to the audience?
Consider products, draw mock ups, have a variety
Narrow dow the media, don't have anything too complex

Installation or illustration based would work well for the brief, unsure about the two together
Stick with a hand rendered approach, then perhaps digitalise later
Think about colour schemes and fonts used
