The idea was to create eye grabbing invites which people could use as props whilst in the event, for example a camera design to look through whilst having their photo taken. Each design could be different, here I have produced a variety of designs based on trending symbols and images which are recognisable.
From looking at primary research I noticed that there were two section, one was a tear off part and the other was the informative ticket which you get to keep, that was the inspiration for these designs.
Imagery for the invitations are inspired by current fashion patterns, tattoo art, collectable objects and signage.
Emily and I decided to meet and talk ideas, we discussed the invite ideas and agreed they would work as stencils for the art work for people to interact with the room and connect with their surroundings.
